Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the sewing pattern for personal use. You may:

• Print unlimited copies for your personal use
• Make garments for yourself, family, or as gifts
• Adjust the pattern to fit your measurements

Prohibited Uses

• Commercial production without separate licensing
• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the digital file
• Teaching classes using our patterns without permission
• Uploading to pattern sharing websites

Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature of our patterns:

• No refunds are offered once the download link is accessed
• If you experience technical issues (corrupted file, incorrect file, download problems), contact us within 2 days for resolution
• Ensure your email is correct at checkout, we're not responsible for emails sent to incorrect addresses

Download & Access

• Links expire after 30 days, download and backup immediately
• You'll receive two emails: order confirmation and download link (HappyOff)

All HappyOff sewing patterns, graphics, logos, and content are protected by copyright and international treaties.

• The design (pattern pieces, instructions) is copyrighted
• The garments you make from the pattern are yours
• You may not recreate, trace, or reverse-engineer our patterns
• Crediting HappyOff when sharing finished makes is appreciated but not required

Pattern Accuracy & Results

• Patterns are thoroughly tested but variations in fabric, printing, or sewing may affect results
• We're not liable for unsatisfactory results from pattern use
• Always make a test garment (muslin) with valuable fabrics

General Liability

• We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability equals the price paid for the pattern
• You assume all risks associated with using sewing equipment and materials

Policy Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

• Check the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Major changes will be communicated via email when possible
